Indiana Law requires that students have an up-to-date immunization record on file, complete with month, day, and year of each vaccine.
This is required for enrollment.
It is requested that whenever you update your child's immunization record, a copy be sent to the school nurse.
To submit a ticket, use your Windows network username and password.
The username is likely your first initial followed by your last name. Do not include @speedwayschools.net.
